Terms and Conditions – Giveaway "Corvette Drive in Mallorca"

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:

(hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”)

2. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age and have their permanent residence in Germany or Spain.

A valid class B driving license is required to claim the prize. This must be presented in its original form at the time the vehicle is handed over.

Employees of the Organizer, their relatives, and any individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway are excluded from participation.

3. Prize

The winner will receive an exclusive 8-hour Corvette drive on the island of Mallorca.

The vehicle will be handed over exclusively at the Motorworld Mallorca location.

The prize includes solely the use of the vehicle during the agreed period.

The following are not included in the prize:

• Travel to and from the location
• Accommodation
• Meals
• Fuel
• Other incidental expenses

The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or converted.

4. Participation Period & Announcement

The giveaway begins on April 10, 2025 and ends on June 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET).

The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of the participation period. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message or email by June 15, 2025 at the latest.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of being notified, the Organizer reserves the right to determine a replacement winner by means of a random draw.

5. Conditions of Participation

To participate in the giveaway, the following conditions must be fully met:

• The participant must follow the Organizer’s Instagram account: @autohaus_steppe
• The participant must publish a post or story using the hashtag #SteppeGoesMallorca

Multiple entries through repeated comments do not increase the chances of winning.

Automated entries (e.g., via bots, giveaway groups, or third-party tools) are prohibited and will lead to immediate disqualification.

6. Vehicle Handover & Use

The winner agrees to:

• operate the vehicle carefully and responsibly
• comply with all applicable traffic regulations
• sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit (amount to be defined on site)
• present a valid driver's license and ID card/passport in original form

A technical briefing will be provided by the Organizer’s staff prior to use.

Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication is strictly prohibited.

In the event of improper use or gross negligence, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse or terminate use.

7. Insurance & Liability

The vehicle is covered by liability and comprehensive insurance with a deductible of €1,000.

In the event of damage, the winner is liable up to the amount of the agreed deductible.

In cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior, full liability may apply.

The winner is solely liable for any fines, damage to third parties, or legal violations incurred during use.

8. Redemption Period

The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of notification of the win.

After this period, the claim expires without replacement.

9. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out solely for the purposes of the giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (in particular Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the giveaway is fully completed, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it.

10. Publication of the Winner

By participating, the winner expressly agrees that their first name or Instagram username may be publicly announced as part of the winner announcement (e.g., in an Instagram story or post).

No further publication will occur without explicit consent.

11. Amendments & Early Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or adjust the giveaway at any time if

• execution is not possible due to technical or legal reasons, or
• proper execution can no longer be guaranteed.

There is no entitlement to participation or execution.

12. Legal Recourse & Platform Disclaimer

Legal recourse is excluded.

This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them.
